A customer will be charged a one off 1% access fee and a daily maintenance fee is applied the next day at midnight or 00.00 hrs. A customer will also be charged 20% Excise Duty on the daily maintenance fee.
1. Access Fee
- Rate: 1% of the amount accessed
- When charged: One-time fee when you first access Fuliza for a transaction
- Example: If you access KSh 1,000 through Fuliza, you pay KSh 10 as access fee

The daily maintenance fee is charged on your outstanding balance according to the following structure:

Special Offer for Small Amounts
If you're borrowing KES 1,000 or less, you get a three-day grace period with no daily maintenance fees. As long as you repay within those three days, you’ll only owe the 1% access fee.
